....don't forget david rawlings, the other half and the best acoustic guitarist working today. this show happened after a lay-off from playing due to an injury, and david came up with invented lines and filagrees like it was a new game. great sound and a reverent audience made this show special. wish there was a tape! the drawing is the headstock of my old gibson "blueridge" acoustic guitar, which seemed fitting for this duo's appalachian feel.
